MATCHING!

The 80s and 90s were all about overly matching. Take corny 80s family portraits for instance- every family member matched from head-to-toe. Now think in the 90s, when boy bands and girl bands coordinated full stage outfits. I, personally, could never forget the fashion statements TLC, Destiny's Child, Backstreet Boys and NSYNC used to make at award shows. Now, here's some outfits made to match perfectly, meeting somewhere in between all these styles using fashion's current obsession: tan and nude.

At Kokorokoko we are OBSESSED with Swatch. The brand had so many amazing designs throughout the 80s and 90s...it is a wealth of inspiration. We just sold this classic black and white model on etsy...but we have a few more design at the shop right now. We are always looking for these design gems. Here is an awesome Swatch ad featuring the ever useful multiple watch look that became a 80s cliche. hOt!
